How to Measure at Home

Measuring Your Ring Size

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or string approximately 10 cm long.
  2. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you intend to wear the ring on.
  3. Mark the point where the paper overlaps with a pen.
  4. Measure the length in millimeters from the end to your mark — this is your circumference.
  5. Use the ring chart above to find your corresponding US size.

Measuring Your Wrist for Bracelets

  1. Use a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper.
  2. Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone.
  3. Note the measurement in centimeters where the tape meets.
  4. Add 1 to 1.5 cm for a fitted bracelet, or 2 to 2.5 cm for a relaxed fit.
  5. Match your total to the bracelet length in the chart above.

Sizing Tips from Our Jewelers

Measure at the Right Time

Fingers tend to swell in heat and shrink in cold. For the most accurate ring size, measure in the afternoon when your fingers are at their natural size.

Wide Bands Fit Tighter

If you are ordering a wide band (over 6mm), consider sizing up by half a size to ensure a comfortable fit over the knuckle.

When in Doubt, Size Up

It is easier to size a ring down than up. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for everyday comfort.
