Free Insured Shipping on Orders Over $500
All orders over $500 qualify for complimentary fully insured shipping within the United States. Orders under $500 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15.

Fully Insured Shipments
Every order shipped by True Smith Jewelers is fully insured for its declared retail value at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and ensure you are made whole — either through a replacement or a full refund.

Signature Required
For the security of your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be held at your local carrier facility for pickup.
We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
